Imphal, October 28 2008: THE ALL Manipur Students' Union, AMSU while sending 'Ningol Chakouba' greeting to the people of the state specially to the women appealed to all concerns not to give any disturbance in the celebration of the festival which falls on October 31 .

The festival will strengthen the bond of love among different communities residing together in the state, a statement of the students body.

It also expressed share to the sorrow to the women who become widow in unrest situation in the trouble torn state of Manipur.
