Police stop scuffle over church construction

Churachandpur, June 15 2021: A team of Churachandpur police station led by the SDPO and the OC rushed to T Munjang village and controlled a scuffle between two groups of people.

According to a report, on Tuesday at about 10 am, a scuffle broke out between two groups of people at T Munjang village, Torbung.

It was learnt that there has been some mis-understanding between the villagers about building of church in the village.

Efforts are being carried out to bring an amicable solution between the two parties, said a police source.
