With a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the State Government and representatives of Manipur Secretariate Service Association today in the presence of Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh at the CM's Secretariate, the association has called off the cease work strike and its staff would resume their work with effect from tomorrow (March 7), said a release of secretary to CM Dr Prem Singh.
