Imphal, September 01: Noting that there is no height relaxation for SC/ST candidates aspiring to join Manipur Police as Constable (Driver/Dispatch Rider) and is fixed at 5'3� for all categories, the KSO Ghqs has asked the authority concerned if there is no quota for height relaxation of ST/SC candidates in this trade.

A press release issued by the student while hailing the State Government for its initiative to recruit youths in Manipur Police, KSO appealed to the authority concerned to ponder and ensure justice and equal opportunity in the recruiting process.
