Imphal, June 25 2009: A man lodged a complaint with the Nambol police station on detecting a Appy packet with rotten juice.

The incident of detecting rotten juice in the Appy brand packet occurred on June 22 at around 2.30 pm when one person identified as Thounaojam Bimolkumar (42) son of late Mala of Utlou Mayai Leikai buy the juice from a shop run by one Ibohal at Leimapokpam Bazar.

Bimolkumar reported the matter to the Nambol police station where a case has been registered.

The manufacture date leveled in the Appy packet which Bimolkumar bought was 14/04/09 and it should be used within six month from the date of manufacture as per the information provided to the packet.

It was manufacture by Kenter Agro Limited, Sobhas Nagar, West Bengal.
