Quiz and extempore speech competition conducted

Imphal, December 23 2018: A students' quiz competition along with an extempore speech competition were organised as a part of the ongoing 27th Imphal Book Fair at THAU ground today. JNV Umathel, Ibotonsana Girl's Higher Secondary School and St Joseph Higher Secondary School clinched the 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions of the quiz competition respectively.

On the other hand, Ratna Naorem, a class XI student of Ibotonsana Girl's Higher Secondary School, Anjali Konjengbam, a class XI student of Extra-Edge School (Ghari) and Yaiphabi Mayengbam, a class XI student of the same school, clinched the 1st, 2nd and 3rd spot in the extempore speech competition.

The prizes for the competition winners will be distributed during closing ceremony of the book fair tomorrow.
