Imphal, April 18 2025: A bomb was found placed at 'Lanleima Electronic Hub' at Moirangkhom Sougaijam Leirak under Imphal police station on Friday morning.

According to police, information about the explosive was received around 9:40 am, after which a police team rushed to the site, secured the area and retrieved the same without incidents.

Police said the motive behind the bomb remains unknown, and no group or individual has claimed responsibility.

A suo moto case has been registered at Imphal PS, and further investigation is underway.
