AR conducts wreath laying ceremony

Imphal, September 12 2022: Keithelmanbi Battalion of Assam Rifles organised a wreath-laying ceremony to commemorate the supreme sacrifice by rifleman Beizo Mero at Keithelmanbi Garrison, Imphal West district on Monday.

A release by PRO IGAR (S) informed that the battalion conducted the tribute event for the brave-heart who made the ultimate sacrifice in the service of the nation on this day in 2005 at Joupi, Manipur.

All ranks of the battalion paid their respects by laying wreaths.
