Thoubal, December 05 2022: An Intellectual Property Right (IPR) Cell has been opened at Thoubal College under Patent Information Centre (PIC) of Manipur Science and Technology Council (MASTEC), Takyel on Monday.

The launch event held at the conference hall of the college was attended by MASTEC director Dr L Minaketan, Thoubal College principal professor M Bina and head of geography department Dr Kh Jugindro as chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.

Dr L Minaketan spoke on the purpose of the IPR Cell while MASTEC PIC staff lecturer L Surjit spoke on 'Talk on IPR' as resource persons.

They also interacted with the participants of the event.
