Imphal, November 03 2008: A BODY called "Small NGOs Union" was formed on November 2 last in a general meeting of small NGOs in Manipur held at the conference hall of the AMEA, Takyel Industries Estate.

The main objective of the formation of the body is to strengthen and solve the problems facing by the voluntary organizations.

Punshiba Sairam, Noyon Sagolsem, Ayekpam Momon and Laishram Ratankumar were elected as president, vice president, secretary and joint secretary respectively.
