Tengnoupal, March 01 2025: In an effort to enhance hygiene and sanitation facilities, Assam Rifles constructed three public toilets at T Bongmol village in Tengnoupal district.

The initiative marks a crucial step in improving sanitation and hygiene which directly benefits the community by preventing sanitation-related diseases and promoting cleanliness.

Aligned with the national vision of 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' and sustainable rural development, this project contributes to larger goals of public health, dignity and improved quality of life for all, said an IGAR (S) press release.
