Kangpokpi, June 23 2015 : INC candidate of 11-Motbung district council constituency Kaikhosei Lhouvum celebrated his victory in the recently concluded 5th ADC Election 2015 at CC Hall, Motbung on Tuesday.

IFC Minister Ngamthang Haokip and his wife Heshi Haokip charmed the occasion where presentation and congratulatory messages apart from thanksgiving and blessing marked the main highlights of the function.

Thangkholun Haokip, Pastor, Motbung Baptist Church attended as Blessing and thanksgiving Minister apart from SL.Paokhosei, President Sitlhou Council-India, SL.Lamthang, Chairman Motbung V/A and various chiefs, social workers and church leaders.
