The Justice Rajkhowa Commission of Inquiry on Parbung Incident would be submitting its report to the State Government mostly likely in April on completion of hearing of argument on March 16, informed a release issued by secretary of the Commission Th Kamini Kumar Singh.
The Commission was appointed by the State Government in March 21, 2006 to determine the facts of the allegations of causing serious injury to many villagers and molestation and rape of young girls belonging to Lungthulien village and surrounding areas under Parbung police station on January 16 by the UG cadres of UNLF/KCP and to fix responsibility, added the release.
