Rural Social Development Council, Torbung Mamang Leikai seek clarification from the persons involved in the killing of its member Lourembam Shiton Singh on February 14 at Yenbum Lok.
Urging the Government to book the culprits, the organisation demanded an ex-gratia of Rs 5 lakh for the family of the deceased.
