Imphal, November 06 2008: THE NINTH Rupmahal artist memorial drama festival 2008 of the Rupmahal Theatre will start from the first week of December, said a press statement of the theatre asking all concerns to submit scripts not less than 100 minutes and not more than 120 minutes including a copy of the script, short synopsis, cast and credits and admission fee of Rs 500 which can be sent along with an application form on or before November 20 from Rupmahal office.
