Kangpokpi, October 06 2014: Civil bodies within Champhai including Keithelmanbi Village Authority, Keithelmanbi Women Association, Keithelmanbi Youth Association and Chiefs' Association Tujang Area as well as Mothers' Union of Tujang Area today thanked MLA Nemcha Kipgen for her tremendous philanthropic service towards the poor and needy people of the area.

Tongpao Lhouvum, Chairman, Keithelmanbi Village Authority stated that MLA Nemcha Kipgen bestowed the poor and needy people of Champhai area with rice and various farming seeds free of cost to the farmers which have been distributed accordingly at Keithelmanbi with the help of Women Union and Youth Association of Keithelmanbi.
