Imphal, March 05: The Hmar Students' Association has strongly condemned the alleged coward act of placing a hand grenade in the residential quarter of RIMS Director Dr L Fimate on March 1, conveyed an HSA release.

It appealed to all concern not to undertake such acts in future.

Further the HSA denounced the decision of the State Government to construct NIT at Langol area.

In another press release, the Hmar Youth Organisation has also condemned the act of placing a hand grenade at the quarter premises of RIMS Director Dr L Fimate.
