Imphal, June 25 2025: The proscribed People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak-Progressive (PREPAK-Pro) clarified that the party and its armed wing - Feengang Laanmi - are unrelated with Thoudam Johnjackson Singh alias John alias Hemjit (42), of Liwa road Ahongshangbam Leikai, who was arrested by Manipur police on June 24 .

The party appealed to the public to remain vigilant against the practices of Manipur police and Indian Occupational Force - which involve arresting civilians and linking them with revolutionary groups.
