Jiribam, February 24: People of West Sonapur, Jiri have decried the decision of the State Government to set office of Superintendent of Police and a housing complex at Sonapur, reports our Jiri correspondent.

The local people asserted that establishment of SP's office and housing complex at the proposed site will replace around 50 families.

They have also resolved to launch intense agitation if the Government insists on setting up the office at the proposed site.
