Assam Rifles saves 'shocked' woman

Imphal, April 18 2024:
Assam Rifles reportedly rescued a 55-year-old woman identified as Sepan Mancha, who accidentally came into contact with live wire while collecting scraps near an electric transformer at Khulmi Bazar, Sugnu, Kakching district around 1 pm Wednesday.
The troops of Assam Rifles deployed nearby evacuated her to Primary Health Centre, Sugnu.
The woman was safe and her condition is now stable, PRO IGAR (S) said in a release.
