Imphal, February 17 2012: The 9 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector under HQ IGAR (S) organised an awareness program on Prevention of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking at Moreh on February 16.A large number of representatives from various organizations attended the occasion which aimed to educate the youths and local population on the ill effects of drugs and to make all endeavors to end the menace by a concerted effort of the entire community.

More than 200 persons participated in the program, according to a press statement of PRO IGAR (S) .
