With the objective to avail syringes and condoms after closure of offices run by various organisations in the evening, the Future Development Drug Users Organisation (FDDUO) has decided to provide free syringes and condoms at Gateway Philanthropy Drop-In Centre, located at the southern side of Hotel Excellency, Sega Road between 5 pm and 7 pm, conveyed a release.
