Imphal, June 30: One UN LF cadre has been apprehended by a combined team of Imphal East commandos and troops of 32 AR from Langdum at about 5.30 am today.

A press release issued by SP Imphal East Th Radheshyam identified the UNLf cadre as one Asem Bihari alias Ibocha Macha Meitei (34) s/o late A Mangi of Langdum Mamang Leikai.

On the other hand, one KYKL activist identified as Nanaobi (21) s/'o Jamen Singh of Samaram was pulled up by a combined team of 21 AR and 34 AR during a joint operation conducted in Samaram area yesterday, informed an AR PRO release adding that the individual has been handed over to Kakching police station today.
