Imphal, December 30 2025: Ex-Chief Minister N Biren Singh and MLA Thongam Biswajit called on the Governor at Raj Bhavan separately and held closed door meetings today .

Th Biswajit met Governor Bhalla at the Raj Bhavan at around 1.30 pm.

The two then held a closed door meeting.

Later in the evening at 7 pm, ex-CM N Biren met the Governor and the two engaged in a closed door meeting.

The exact reason and agenda of the two separate meetings couldn't be ascertained.
