Imphal, December 29: On the occasion of its 7th raising day, KRA (U) president David Chongloi has greeted the people of Manipur.

A press release issued by KRA (U) Information and Publicity secy Ch Lenin informed that the KRA (U) was established on December 29, 2000.David Chongloi, in his message, appealed to the people to forgive the outfit if it had committed anything detrimental to the interest of the mass.

He also conveyed gratitude to KRA (U) army chief Bryan Kuki, currently based in Karbi Anglong for sheltering its cadres there.

The outfit's president also appreciated the people of Manipur who cooperated with KRA (U) and also hailed all its cadres.

Pledging that KRA (U) will not indulge in anything that goes against the interest of people, David sought support of the people.

He also conveyed best wishes to the people on the eve of the New Year 2008.On the other hand, the outfit has also condoled the death of K Hangshing by observing two minutes' silence, conveyed the release.
