Imphal, Aug 29:
The fast-unto-death agitation launched by 25 teaching and non-teaching staff of five Govt-aided colleges entered the second day today, reminded All Manipur Govt-aided College Teachers' Assn in a statement issued to the press.
Disclosing that some among the protestors include blood pressure and diabetes patients, the Assn reiterating its demands also urged the State authorities to find an amicable solution to the ongoing impasse before the peaceful agitation turns into an embarrassing situation for the Govt.
