Waree Leeba workshop / festival concludes

Thoubal, May 28 2026: The 10-day Waree Leeba workshop cum festival organised by the Thoubal District Waree Leeba Association concluded on Wednesday at Hari Naral Mandop, Langathel Laikom Leikai.

The valedictory function was attended by social worker and Chartered Accountant Chongtham Sanjoy; Thoubal District Waree Leeba Association president Nongmaithem Priyokumar Singh; Manipur State Kala Academy awardee Konthoujam Kunjo; and secretary of the Academy for Cultural Research and Training, Nepra Company, Sagolsem John Singh as presidium members.

As part of the concluding programme, participants who attended the workshop were presented certificates by the secretary of the association, Laishram Somen, and other dignitaries present at the programme.
