Imphal, July 26 2025: Saying that the DC of Tengnoupal district has been functioning from a village bordering Kakching district instead of attending his office at the district headquarters, MLA Letpao Haokip has written a letter to Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla seeking Bhalla's intervention to make the DC attend his office at the district headquarters or replace him with another competent officer who could discharge his duties in the interest of the public.
