Imphal, August 22 2024: Assuring that there is sufficient stock of petrol as well as diesel and there will be no shortage of POL in the State, CAF&PD Director Robertson Asem has appealed to the public not to resort to panic buying of POL but purchase the fuel only for their daily needs.

Through a press release, the CAF&PD Director has directed all petrol pumps to open as usual.

The CAF&PD Director has also written to Superintendents of Police of all districts to take up necessary action against the sale of POL products (petrol and diesel) in the open-black market in their respective jurisdiction immediately.
