LSTB to pay tribute to martyrs on Aug 24

Imphal, August 19 2025: Lainingthou Sanamahi Temple Board (LSTB) is gearing up to pay tribute to the martyrs of Manipur conflict with the observance of "Langban Chara Tamba" on August 24 .

The ceremony will be held at the Sanamahi Laishang located at Haying Khongbal Uphong Yumpham.

This marks the third Langban Chara Tamba offered to the martyrs who lost their lives in the crisis.

The ritual is held on the first day of the Meitei lunar month of Langban.

LSTB has urged representatives of all organisations/associations to attend the event on time.
