Manipur Violence Inquiry Commission HQs relocated

Imphal, May 18 2026: The Government of Manipur has officially relocated the headquarters of the Commission of Inquiry (Manipur Violence) 2023 to the State's Civil Secretariat.

According to a notification issued by the Home Department, the commission's office has been moved from its original location at Hotel Imphal to the Manipur Civil Secretariat (Room No 135, Second Floor, North Block) in Mantripukhri.

All previous proceedings and records remain valid and are now deemed to be maintained at the new headquarters.
