Imphal, March 14 2026: A four-day workshop on "Folk & Tribal Arts of Manipur", jointly organised by the Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre (EZCC), Kolkata, and the Government Dance College, came to a successfid close today.

The event aimed to promote and preserve the rich cultural heritage of the region.

The closing ceremony, held at the Government Dance College, Palace Compound, was graced by dignitaries, including H Gyan Prakash, Commissioner (Art & Culture), Manipur; Asem Rangina Chanu, Joint Secretary (Art & Culture), Manipur; and Budha Chingtham, Member, Board of Governors, EZCC, Kolkata.

Certificates were distributed to all the participants during the ceremony.
