Imphal, May 12 2026: The Joint Administrative Council (JAC) of AMTUC & AMGEO Manipur is observing the 16th Black Day on May 17 at its office at Babupara, Imphal.

During the observance, the apex body will discuss and highlight the present economic crisis and issue of unemployment of educated youths due to non filling of vacant sanctioned posts in various departments of the State Government, it said in a statement.
