Imphal, April 09 2025: Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla has extended warm greetings to the people of Manipur, specially Jain brothers and sisters on the sacred occasion of Mahavir Jayanti.

Lord Mahavira's timeless message of harmony and coexistence continues to inspire humanity across generations, the Governor said in his message.

"As we celebrate the birth of this great apostle of peace, let us reaffirm our commitment to His principles of righteousness, harmony and mutual respect.

May His teaching guide us towards a more compassionate and peaceful society", Ajay Kumar Bhalla said.
