Imphal, May 05 2013: Some unidentified persons lobbed and exploded a hand grenade at RIMS main gate at about 11.30 pm yesterday.

However, there is no report of any human casualty.

Window panes of a powerhouse located near the main gate were shattered by the impact of the explosion.

Certain portions of the compound wall were also damaged by the blast.
