Imphal, December 04, 2008:
The proscribed PREPAK has condoled the death of Ksh Ranjan (28) of Nagamapal Soram Leirak who was shot dead by police commandos today at about 2 pm at Uchekkon Changangei.
In a statement, PREPAK said that he was a cadre of the outfit and added that it shares the grief and pain of the bereaved family members.
