Imphal, November 01 2025: The Lions Club of Imphal Leimarol organised an "Awareness and Free Detection of Breast and Cervical cancer" at City Hospital, Khongjom on 1st November 2025 .

The Resource personfor the Awareness were Dr Ajit Lukhram, Consultant Surgeon, Shija Breast and Thyroid Clinic and Dr Dipendra Chongtham, Asst Professor, OBS and Gynae.

The Keynote Address was given by Dr, T Bilashini, Gynaecologist, City Hospital, Imphal.

This an ongoing project of Lions Club of Imphal Leimarol since the past 15 years.

Medicines were also distributed free of charges.
