Imphal, June 30: Former Chief Secretary of Manipur Rakesh has been reappointed to the post while the incumbent Chief Secretary Jarnail Singh will be posted as the Secretary of Border Management under the Ministry of Union Home Affairs, in.

accordance with an order issued by the Department of Personnel, Government of Manipur today.

On the other hand, transfer and posting of some MCS/Jr MCS officers has been effected following another order of the Government with immediate effect from today.

Accordingly, S Rajendra Singh, MCS, AC to DC Imphal West and under order of transfer as Junior Director DIPR has been posted as AC to DC Bishnupur and CECZilla Parishad, Bishnupur; Lalboi Singson, MCS, AC Tamei as AC to DC Imphal West; Laltanpuii Vanchhong, MCS, SDC Bishnupur and CEO Zilla Parishad as SDO Bishnupur and N Surjit Singh, Jr MCS, AC to DC Bishnupur as i/c Joint Director DIPR.
