Patra discusses road projects with Gadkari

Imphal, June 29 2021: National spokesperson of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Dr Sambit Patra has discussed the road projects taken up in the State as well as those projects in the pipeline for implementation with Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari at New Delhi, today.

It is reported that the two leaders deliberated on the progress reports of the road projects in the State one by one thoroughly during the meeting to ensure the projects are completed on time with no compromise on the quality.

During the meeting, Dr Sambit, who is also the in-charge of BJP Manipur and Nitin Gadkari reviewed the proposed projects submitted by the State Government including those already approved by the Centre.

At the meeting, Dr Sambit stated that the Government at the Centre led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is committed to bringing infrastructural development in Manipur.

Dr Sambit Patra also maintained that the Centre has been providing all sorts of assistance to the Manipur Government to complete the projects taken up on time and will continue to do so.
