Churachanpur, March 26 2010: Henglep HQ Area Chiefs' Association (HACA) today felicitated Outer Manipur MP Thangso Baite at Henglep community hall.

At the felicitation funcion, various dignitaries are also presence such as SDO Henglep, KKL/GHQ SDPO , circle MLA T.Manga Vaiphei and 45 village chiefs.

Speaking at the function SDO Henglep DK Thangboi Haokip expressed MP visit as maidan visit and he appeal to the people of Heglep rightly to implement any Government schemes mean for development.

Circle MLA and Chairman MTDC Pu T.Manga Vaiphei while speaking at the felicitation programme, stated that being circle MLA road communication,police station and electricity are under taken by him importantly.

Henglep to Leimata road connectivity is already sanctioned under PMGSY, Henglep to Nungba and Jongmakot to Henglep road connectivity proposal are also given by him.

33 KV power sub station at Henglep has been sanctioned.

For education reforms, Henglep Government High School building has to be constructed with a hostel.

As Henglep is the centre, there should be also Guest House to be constructed.He lamented that local MLA fund could not be distributed because local MLA fund is diverted to Aina to Henglep road connectivity construction underway.

He stressed that outsider influence is obstacle to constituency development programme and appeal to his Kendra people to use any Government development scheme at the real purpose.

MP Pu Thangso Baite while speaking at the function expressed that it was God prepared programme for the meeting.He urges people not to cut tree at the road side saying that tree refresh traveller mind a part from producing fresh air.He appeals to Henglep people to look care Government offices and treated them as one own property for development.He said MLA can only sanction Government schemes but Kendra people should implement any development scheme with real purpose.

While speaking for development,he urged that outsider will not come and for development but Kendra people should work themselves for development saying that let makes ourselves.

As the saying goes"Necessity is the Mother of Invention" so is in order to be develop, development must be needed.He also urged the right uses of natural resources such as tree,bamboo etc.

He appeals to the people the right implementation of NREGS.

He presented red blanket to 48 village chiefs.

There are also cultural dances performed by Damzol cultural troupe, HEnglep HQ cultural troupe and Ebenezer Academy cultural troupe.

HACA and KSO/Henglep submitted joint memorandum to visiting MP highlighting their grienvances in which MP also give assurance to memorandum given to him in his capacity in the days to come.
