Assistance provided, UFO appreciates

In continuation of the humanitarian aid extended to the people affected by the ongoing conflict in Manipur, JIANA Helping Group with the assistance of Green Foundation provided relief materials to Wangoo Laipham Youth Association (LYA) Relief Camp today.
The relief materials included a Fruits Drying Machine (400 Kg), vegetables, etc.
Authorities of the relief camps and the inmates have extended their gratitude to JIANA Helping Group and Green Foundation for their concern and assistance.
At the event, JIANA Helping Group founder Huidrom John said that the Fruits Drying Machine was provided to the farmers who have already started mushroom cultivation in LYA Relief Camp and Tangjeng.
He also assured that the Group will continue to provide similar assistance to the displaced people who are taking shelter at various places.
Meanwhile, the Universal Friendship Organisation, Central Committee (HEIROK) has extended its heartfelt gratitude to Tengbang Lup Wangkhei for donating 2 Sintex (500 litre), drinking water, dal, edible oil, potatoes, ngari & other essential items to the volunteers of Nongpok Pana Tengol Lakpa Loishang staying in Etham Moirangpurel.
According to a release issued by T Wanglen Meitei, publicity secretary UFO, Nongpok Pana Tengol Lakpa Loishang was established under the aegis of UFO to defend the eastern side of Manipur from the attacks of Kuki Narco Terrorists.
