Imphal, August 13 2026: A total of 15 personnel received the Chief Minister's Police Medal on Patriots' Day 2026 today.

Five of the personnel received the Chief Minister's Police Medal for Gallantry and 10 received Chief Minister's Police Medal for Outstanding Devotion to Duty.

The five personnel who received Chief Minister's Police Medal for Gallantry include Imphal East DSP (OPs) Khumanthem Diraj Karan (MPS); SI Letjapao Kipgen (Churachandpur); SI Sarungbam Lolindro Singh (Imphal West attached with CDO Imphal East); CDO Unit Bishnupur ASI Kh Prameshwor Singh; and Havildar Sinam Rocky Singh (MPTC, attached with Special CDO Unit) .

The 10 who received the Chief Minister's Police Medal for Outstanding Devotion to Duty include 2nd MR Sub JC Maibam Soni Singh; ASI Haolensang Singson (Churachandpur); Havildar Wangkheirakpam Herojit Singh (6th IRB attached with PHQ); Head Constable Konjengbam Bidyashwor Singh (Bishnupur); 1st IRB Rifleman Md Shadid Ahamed; SI Laishram Regan Singh (CID, Security); Imphal West SI Karam Prasun Singh; Imphal West SI Sinam Roshan Singh; 2nd MR Rifleman Satkhosei Haokip (attached to Churachandpur); and Head Constable Chingkham Canboy Meetei (CID, Security) .
