Imphal, July 12 2024: The Federal Students' Organisation, Kangleipak (FESOK) has accused one Nongthombam Menan from Samurou of serving in a teaching position in three educational institutes and urged the relevant authority to look into the matter.

A press release issued by Y Sumanta Luwang, secretary education & library, FESOK has alleged that Nonghtombam Menan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Pravabati College while also working at Willong Khunou Primary School, Senapati and Little Master School, Samurou.

FESOK claimed that instead of personally teaching the students at Willong Khunou Primary School, Nongthombam Menan allegedly hired someone to teach on his behalf while paying them a monthly salary and never attending school.

FESOK appealed the concerned authorities to address the matter.

Further, FESOK has advised such persons illegally engaged in multiple jobs to surrender and serve in only one position.
