Dr Th Dhabali bags Governor's Best Entrepreneur Award

The Governor's Best Entrepreneur (Rolling Trophy) Award has been conferred on Dr Thangjam Dhabali, Chairman and Managing Director of Babina Healthcare and Hospitality Industries Private Limited.
Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla presented the award in a ceremony at Hotel Imphal today.
The Governor's Best Entrepreneur (Rolling Trophy) was instituted in 1989 .
At the award ceremony, the Governor also presented the AMEA's Outstanding Awards to seven entrepreneurs.
The All Manipur Entrepreneurs' Association (AMEA) Outstanding Awards are given in six categories - Best Woman Entrepreneur, Export, Best Start-Up, Innovation and Best Agency.
Meira Foods' Hanjabam Shubhra Devi bagged the Best Woman Entrepreneur Award.
Ngangbam Premjit of ST Stone's Medical Devices Private Limited bagged the award in the Export category.

Dr Asem Sundari Devi of Green Biotech Ecosolution Private Limited was given the Best Start-Up Award.
Wigistic Ventures Private Limited's Bickychand Khangjrakpam won the award in the Innovation category.
PVSLC Murhty of the North Eastern Development Finance Corporation bagged the Best Agency Award.
Speaking at the award ceremony.
Governor Bhalla congratulated the awardees and lauded their achievements, stating that their works reflect innovation, resilience, and enterprise that define the people of Manipur.
The seven entrepreneurs are conferred with the awards in recognition of their exemplary contributions to the growth and development of Manipur's entrepreneurial ecosystem, Bhalla said.
The Governor highlighted Manipur's progress in entrepreneurship through initiatives like industrial estates, RAMP, Udyam Registration, and UNNATI, as well as livelihood and tea-processing programmes in the hill districts.
He called upon the youths and Manipur industries to embrace entrepreneurship as a mission of Nation-building, and expressed confidence in Manipur emerging as a hub of innovation and enterprise.
The award ceremony was organised by the All Manipur Entrepreneurs' Association (AMEA) in association with the Directorate of Textiles, Commerce & Industries, Government of Manipur.
