Only online payment for land revenue ordered

Imphal, August 03 2026: All land holders of computerised revenue villages have been asked to pay land revenue only through online mode with effect from August 1, 2026 .

Secretary (Land Revenue) Th Kirankumar issued a notification to this effect on July 31, 2026 .

The notification said that payment of land revenue will be done only through online mode for all computerised jamabandis of the computerised villages through the portal https://louchapathap.nic.in/egras/frmPayTax.aspx with effect from August 1, 2026 .

It said that there will be no more offline collection of land revenue in the offices of Sub Deputy Collectors concerned with effect from August 1, 2026 except for 24 uncomputerised villages.

It also requested land owners to make a one-time visit to the office of the SDC concerned in the event of any discrepancy in the applicable land revenue rates or the recorded year up to which land revenue has been paid.
