Imphal, August 03: The All Manipur Working Journalist Union and Editors of State dailies during a meeting at Press Club today have appealed to the KCP (MC) to lift the ban imposed on vernacular daily Poknapham.

The outfit had imposed the indefinite ban on the daily for publishing the report of its first anniversary, which was issued in the form of a statement by the chief of KCP(MC) Military Affairs L Khuman on the inside page instead of bringing it on the the first page.
