Imphal, January 30 2025: Assam Rifles on January 25 handed over a newly constructed community centre with an accompanying toilet block to the villagers of J Munnomjang village, Moreh in Tengnoupal district as part of Operation Sadbhavana.

In a release, PRO IGAR (S) informed that the community centre is designed to serve as a hub for social and communal activities, while the toilet block aims to improve hygiene standards and enhance the overall environment of the village.

The initiative reflects Assam Rifles' ongoing commitment to addressing local grievances and ensuring the well-being of the community, said the PRO, adding that by providing these essential facilities, Assam Rifles is taking a proactive step towards fostering a more hygienic and positive living environment for the residents of J Munnomjang village.
