Felicitation ceremonies held at various places

Imphal, May 26 2024:
Khurai Panna Apunba Singlup and Co-ordinating Body Imphal today jointly organised a felicitation programme of meritorious students who secured positions in the recently declared result of Higher Secondary Examination (HSE), 2024 conducted by Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur.
The programme held at the premises of Co-ordinating Body Imphal in Khurai Lamlong Keithel, Lamlong Thongkhong, was graced by Khurai Panna Apunba Singlup, advisor, Chanamthabam Hemchand; Co-ordinating Body Imphal, chairman, Yumlembam Gojendra; Khurai Nandeibam Leikai GP, Pradhan, K Kanon and Salam Muktarei as presidium members.
Three students who secured positions in the Class XII examination namely Malemnganbi Laishram (1st Position-Science), Thokchom Seityajit (1st Position-Arts) and Robertson Nameirakpam (8th Position-Science) were feted with gifts during the programme.
Moreover, Royal Academy of Science, Kongba also organised a felicitation programme of meritorious students at Wangkhei Puja Lampak, Community Hall yesterday.
About 200 students of Royal Academy of Science who secured good marks in the recently declared result of Higher Secondary Examination 2024 were feted with gifts during the programme.
Royal Academy of Science, Managing Director, Mutum Prabir Kumar Singh; School Management Committee, Chairman, T Romita Devi and Principal, N Femen Devi graced the programme as presidium members.
Speaking on the occasion, Mutum Prabir Kumar stressed on the need for students to acquire a holistic education that will prepare them for their future careers.
Stating that scoring high marks in examinations are not the only indicator of quality education, he elaborated on the need to equip young students with the skills to navigate life's uncertainties and face every challenge with resilience & determination.
Mutum Prabir Kumar further advised the students to plan their career well to identify possible roadblocks and devise strategies to overcome them.
Meanwhile, the Anal Lenruwl Tangpi (ALT), Imphal Branch on Saturday organised a career guidance cum felicitation programme for meritorious students at the Anal Baptist Church, Imphal.
The programme was graced by Pampak Khumukcham, Assistant Professor, Department of Clinical Psychology, RIMS; Arnold Laishram, Senior Career Counsellor, Lambi Career Solutions, Imphal and Dinesh Athokpam, Senior Career Counsellor, Royal Global University, Guwahati, as resource persons.
At the event, the resource persons spoke on various topics such as choosing a career, how to prepare for various exams, how to deal with stress and depression, time management and about the road ahead in life.
While congratulating the students, they also encouraged them to move ahead in life with an aim, a zeal and determination.
Later, all the Anal students residing in Imphal and who secured over 70 percent in the recently declared results of Class XII examination conducted by COHSEM, CBSE and other councils were felicitated.
