SDSA begins data collection of non-locals

Senapati, August 04 2025: As announced earlier, data collection of non-local and non-indigenous residents in Senapati district commenced on Monday at the office premises of the Senapati District Students Association (SDSA) .

The apex student body of the district has been checking Inner Line Permits, Aadhaar cards, voter cards etc of the non-local and non-indigenous residents of the district.

Data collection of nonlocal and non-indigenous residents was stated to be a follow up action of its earlier decision adopted during the first federal assembly of the student body held at Tapon Naga village.

Addressing the media at the spot, SDSA general secretary Washington Kho said that the data collection of non-local and non-indigenous residents in Senapati district commenced at its office premises on Monday.

The student body initiated this campaign in order to understand the needs and demography of the district.

Failure to comply with the directive will invite necessary action even up to the extent of forceful deportation, he warned.

The student leader urged all the non-local and non-indigenous residents to come forward for registration at the office premises of the Senapati District Students Association (SDSA) .
