Spear Corps GOC visits Kumbi, Andro

Imphal, January 13 2025: Spear Corps General Officer Commanding (GOC) Lieutenant General Abhijit S Pendharkar visited Army units stationed at Kumbi and Andro on Monday and had a comprehensive review of the security situation and operational preparedness.

The GOC also discussed the security challenges and way ahead with the GOC, Red Shield Division, and commanders in the areas.

The general officer commended the ranks for their unwavering professionalism, steadfast commitment, and impartial approach in addressing complex internal security challenges.

While lauding their dedication and high morale in maintaining peace and security in the state, he also emphasised the importance of sustaining the highest standards of operational readiness, informed a statement issued by PRO Defence.
